Law on Prevention and Punishment of Cyber Crimes

The law addresses issues bordering on; prevention of cyber crimes, vis a vis obligations of service provider; investigation of cyber crimes, the different forms of cyber offences and their relevant penalties; and other miscellaneous provisions. The law applies to all cybercrimes committed in Rwanda or outside Rwanda, if they affect Rwanda.
