It strives to ensure the citizens of Rwanda tap into the opportunities inherent in the information age, to reap the socioeconomic benefits contained. The policy is geared towards achieving; transformation of Rwanda into IT nation, utilization of ICTs within all spheres of the society, improve efficiency of public and civil service, and to improve personnel development capacities, among others.
