An Act to amend the Electoral Commission of Zambia Act, 2016. Section 5 of the principal Act is amended by deleting and substituting subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7).

This document is an Act to regulate the generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity to enhance the security and reliability of the supply of electricity and provide for the sale and purchase of electricity within and outside the Republic; facilitate the achievement of the efficient, effective, sustainable development and operation of electricity infrastructure.

This document provides the implementation plan of the National Intellectual Property (IP) Policy. Some of the strategies include tariff measures, non-tariff measures, and trade defence mechanisms.

This document aims to expand the wood and wood products subsector; increase production of iron and steel; enforce sourcing of locally manufactured engineering products by the mining companies; and revive the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector by supporting the reduction of financing and input costs.
