This serves as an amendment to the Ethiopian meat and dairy technology institute establishment regulation of 2008. The amendment repeals and replaces articles 1 and 5, corresponding to objectives of the institute, and powers and duties of the institute respectively, of the previous regulation.

The amendments take the form of alterations, outright deleting of articles and sections, as well as addition of new sections and articles.
